The leather I work with in our shop is mainly imported leather from long established tanneries with a long history and tradition in Europe.

BUTTERO.

BUTTERO. This Italian leather is made from the shoulder of adult cows. It is vegetable tanned with excellent coloration using dyes, and is a royal leather with strong strength and resilience, and you can enjoy its beautiful color and luster as it ages.

- BADALASSI CARLO
PUEBLO.
Image

PUEBLO. Italian raised vegetable tanned leather. The surface is rough to the touch. The matte finish of the leather changes to a vintage look as it ages due to the oil in the leather. The leather has just the right amount of firmness and elasticity, becoming supple and soft with use.

GHOST.
Image

GHOST. Italian leather with a distinctive waxed finish. This leather is made from high quality French raw hides, dyed, double-shouldered and waxed. The surface has a moderate firmness and the natural color of the dyed leather and the addition of wax give it a unique texture. The wax is removed with use and you can enjoy the vibrant color and luster.

RUSIIAN CALF.

Russian Calf. After 200 years since the sinking of the ship, this fantastic leather has been successfully revived by Baker's accumulated experience and knowledge. It has a whisky-like color that blends well with the unique birch scent and blossom. And the crossed fine grains are beautiful and of a quality never experienced elsewhere.

SHELL CORDOVAN is the highest quality cordovan produced by HORWEEN Horween, founded in 1905. The HORWEEN Shell Cordovan takes more than 6 months to complete and is made by craftsmen who take a lot of time and effort to produce. The surface has an American ruggedness, and the uneven coloring caused by the dyes gives it an attractive look.

BRIDLE LEATHER.

BRIDLE LEATHER. High-grade bridle leather made by Sedgwick. It is characterized by its exquisite luster and excellent firmness produced by strong fibers. The white color is due to the bridle leather's characteristic surface bloom (white film). Bloom is a blend of tallow and oil, and is applied by hand to create a beautiful surface. Since the leather was originally made for harnesses, it is highly durable and can be used for a long time.
